Jackson EMC encourages its customers to call in street light outages so they can be directly input into the Outage Management System. You can report a street light outage by calling your local Jackson EMC office.
If you are unable to report a street light outage by phone, submit the form below during the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday and the information will be transmitted to our Contact Center.
If your online street light outage report is sent outside of that timeframe, your information may not be received until the next business day. The most efficient way to report a street light outage is to call your local Jackson EMC office and take advantage of our automated outage reporting system, which will enter your information directly into our Outage Management System.
