Jackson EMC takes every precaution to secure your personal information. Our systems use the latest technology to secure your information.

How We’re Protecting Information

  • We offer secure payment options online, over the phone and in person. This includes the MyJacksonEMC website and mobile app, along with our secure, automated phone system. We do not store your payment information outside of MyJacksonEMC.
  • We use the latest safeguards, like firewalls and secure socket layers (SSL), to encrypt and protect sensitive information. Although no system is fail safe, we work to protect your information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
  • We share the data you provide only with our affiliates and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf to provide services.
  • We train all employees – each month – on best practices to protect information. Jackson EMC employees are required to complete monthly cybersecurity training.
  • We educate members about how to protect their personal information from potential scams.
