Paperless billing makes it convenient to pay your monthly bill. By signing up for paperless billing, you’ll receive your monthly bill in your email inbox – instead of your mailbox.

Why Go Paperless?

  • Billing history and usage can be easily accessed

How to Sign-up:

1. Sign in to your MyJacksonEMC account via the website or mobile app. If you don’t have a MyJacksonEMC account, set one up.

2. To sign up for paperless billing at MyJacksonEMC.com, sign in to your account and select My Profile. Then select Update My Printed Bill Settings and choose your paperless billing preference.

3. On the MyJacksonEMC app, select Settings. Then select Paperless Bill Settings.

Paperless Billing Contest

Jackson EMC members who sign up for paperless billing from June to September 2021 are entered* to win one of 10 one-time bill credits for $100 on their monthly bill. Members who have previously signed up for paperless billing will also be eligible to win.

*Promotional contest is open to all newly-enrolled and currently-enrolled members registered for paperless billing. Members do not need to re-enter to be eligible. All Jackson EMC members currently enrolled in paperless billing are eligible for promotional contest. Winners will be selected each month during the promotional period.
