Paperless billing makes it convenient to pay your monthly bill. By signing up for paperless billing, you’ll receive your monthly bill in your email inbox – instead of your mailbox.

How to Sign-up:

1. Sign in to your MyJacksonEMC account via the website or mobile app. If you don’t have a MyJacksonEMC account, set one up.

2. To sign up for paperless billing at MyJacksonEMC.com, sign in to your account and select "Settings" then "Paperless Billing." Update your paperless billing preference.

3. On the MyJacksonEMC app, select "More" then "Settings" and "Paperless Billing." Update your paperless billing preference.
