Jackson EMC may email its members valuable information about rebates, monthly video bill messages, annual energy analysis, and other important communications. These personalized emails are intended to educate members about their energy usage and save money.
Members who have created an online profile for their Jackson EMC online account, their paperless billing statement, or subscribed to the online edition of JEMCO News are enrolled to receive these emails.

Jackson EMC Marketplace (jacksonemcmarketplace.com) is our online energy efficiency store. Members may receive emails about rebates and special offers for products available at Jackson EMC Marketplace.
Products in Marketplace include smart thermostats, connected home products and lighting.
Jackson EMC’s partner for Marketplace is Simple Energy.

Video Bill Messages
Residential members may receive an email about increases to their monthly bill. These emails feature a 30-second video explaining why their upcoming monthly bill may have increased, such as weather conditions or higher usage. The video bill messages also provide steps members can take to reduce their monthly bill.
Video bill messages are emailed to residential members when there is a specified increase in their monthly bill. Members who are enrolled in budget billing are not eligible to receive these emails.

Annual Energy Report
Residential members may receive an email outlining how they used energy the previous year in their home. These emails feature a video outlining the specific areas that consumed energy usage, such as HVAC, refrigeration, water heating, etc. This email includes a video message and a link for members to download their annual energy report.
The annual energy report email is sent to eligible members in February.
Jackson EMC’s partner for the annual energy report is Apogee Interactive.

Members may receive an email or phone call asking for their participation in a survey on behalf of Jackson EMC. Members are randomly selected to be a part of the surveys, which help the cooperative identify opportunities to enhance our member service and communication.
