Ways to Pay

Jackson EMC offers several ways to pay your bill. Our online and automated phone payment options offer the most convenience to quickly and securely pay your bill.

Online Payments

Make a payment at MyJacksonEMC.com or via the MyJacksonEMC mobile app.

Pay online using a bank account, credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. Credit/debit card payments are limited to $600 per single transaction. Payments are posted immediately.

Phone Payments

Call 1-888-228-9166 to pay over the phone using our automated payment system, which is available 24/7.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. E-checks are also accepted using our automated payment telephone system. Payments are posted immediately.

Auto Pay Program

The Auto Pay Program allows you to pay your monthly bill through an automatic draft from your bank account or credit/debit card. Automatic payments with credit cards are limited to $600. There is no payment limit for automatic payments with a bank account draft.

Payment Kiosks

Self-service payment kiosks at Jackson EMC's local offices accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards. They’re available 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Our kiosks provide printed receipts and note a real-time payment on your account. The kiosks don’t accept coins – only cash – and don’t provide change. Overpayments are applied to your account. Members must have their account number handy at the kiosks.

Payments made via the payment kiosks are limited to $500 per transaction when paying with debit/credit cards. There is no limit when paying with cash or checks.

In Person/Local Office

Payments are accepted in all Jackson EMC offices located in Gainesville, Jefferson, Lawrenceville and Neese. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Jackson EMC offices offer in-person payments in the lobby and drive-through window service.

An after-hours night depository box for drop-off payments is available at each office. Payments in the depository box will be processed the next business day. Note: Our night deposit boxes will close permanently, effective January 1, 2021. Members may pay their bills after hours at a payment kiosk, which are available at each local office at the drive-thru.

A Caution About Using Third-Party Bill Payment Websites

Jackson EMC members are advised to be cautious about using third-party websites to process your monthly bill payments. Typically, a third-party online payment service allows consumers to pay multiple bills, including those from utility providers, to a website that is NOT associated with Jackson EMC. Some of these third-party websites use our logo and colors to make you feel you’re dealing directly with Jackson EMC.

Jackson EMC isn’t affiliated with online payment services, like Doxo. There is no guarantee of when your payment will be processed, which could result in an interruption in your service if Jackson EMC receives your payment after the due date.  Also, third-party payment websites often charge processing fees and charges for using their service.

Members are encouraged to pay their bills directly to Jackson EMC.
