Report a Power Outage

If you need to report an outage, please call your local Jackson EMC office. If you are unable to use a phone, you can use our online outage form to report a loss of power to our Contact Center.

Note:  Jackson EMC encourages members to call in their power outages to their local office so that it can be directly input into the Outage Management System.

Service Hours

• Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
• Telephone customer service is available 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Emergency service and automated account information are available 24 hours a day.
• For emergency and customer service information, call your local district office.
