Winter Rates Now In Effect
As the temperature decreases, so does your electric rate. It's part of our rate structure to decrease your electric rates during winter because demand for electricity decreases. Winter rates go in effect in October and last through April. To learn more about the residential electric rate, see the Schedule A-06 Residential Rate.
