Support more environmentally friendly energy sources by signing up to purchase blocks of green energy today. As a Jackson EMC member, you will be among the first Georgia consumers to choose green energy. When you join the Green Generation, you are supporting clean, renewable energy and benefiting the environment at the same time. Replacing the equivalent amount of traditional power in the electric system, the green energy you purchase will become part of the total power mix. Jackson EMC has a limited amount of green energy available, and subscriptions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your subscription costs will be added to your regular electric bill. You'll pay an extra $4.50 a month for each 150-kWh block of green energy. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
