This quick and easy recipe has your meat, vegetables, bread and dairy all in one.

1 lb ground beef

1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

1/2 cup chopped onions

3/4 cup chopped green chilies, drained

1 1/4 cup milk

3 eggs

3/4 cup Bisquick mix

2 tomatoes, sliced

1 cup cheddar cheese

Shredded lettuce

Grease a large pie plate.

Cook beef with onions until brown. Drain and then stir in seasoning mix package. Spread in pie plate. Top with chilies.

Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour in plate.

Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool. Top with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
