Temporary Service — Schedule TS-10

Availability:
All qualified customers in the area served by the Cooperative.

Applicability:
Applicable in connection with service for any customer when such service is at one standard voltage and is temporary in nature. Service must be for less than 12 months. When service is required for more than 12 months, rate schedule will be changed to another appropriate JEMC rate schedule as deemed by Jackson EMC or as requested by the customer.

Monthly Rate:

Plus:
A surcharge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount calculated above.

Wholesale Cost Adjustment:
The bill calculated at the above rates shall be increased or decreased subject to the provisions of the Cooperative's wholesale cost adjustment Schedule P.

Terms of Payment:
If the account is not paid by the due date, a late fee in the amount specified in the Service Rules and Regulations may be added to the account. Further failure to pay a bill may subject a customer to disconnection and/or disconnection charges in accordance with the Cooperative's rules and regulations.

All charges are subject to applicable taxes.

Facilites Charge:
Jackson EMC reserves the right to access a facilities charge which will be an amount equal to (1/12) of the Cooperative's annual cost of providing service which may include the following expense components:

Capital Costs – Direct and Allocated Plant
Operation and Maintenance
Taxes
Administrative & General
Customer Service
Sales

Minimum Monthly Charges:
$20.00 (single phase customers)
$35.00 (three phase customers)
