Availability:
All qualified customers in the area served by the Cooperative.

Applicability:
To all electric customers with a measured load of less than 20 kW service of one standard voltage, required on the customer's premises, delivered at one point and metered at or compensated to that voltage and monthly measured usage of 1,000 kWh or less. These required conditions must be met for twelve (12) continuous billing months prior to customer being placed on this tariff. No service rendered hereunder may be resold, nor transmitted to other premises, either directly or indirectly, without the express consent of the Cooperative.

Monthly Rate:

Minimum Monthly Charge:

$20.00 (Single phase customers)
$35.00 (Three phase customers)

Wholesale Cost Adjustment:
The bill calculated at the above rate shall be increased or decreased subject to the provisions of the Cooperative's wholesale cost adjustment Schedule P.

Load Management Adjustment:
All customers participating in the Cooperative's Load Management Program are eligible to receive a credit on their bill. The amount of the monthly credit will be determined under the provisions of the Cooperative's Load Management Adjustment Rider (LM).

Terms of Payment:
If the account is not paid by the due date, a late fee in the amount specified in the Service Rules and Regulations may be added to the account. Further failure to pay a bill may subject a customer to disconnection and/or disconnection charges in accordance with the Cooperative's rules and regulations.

All charges are subject to applicable taxes.

Contract Period: One year

Effective: June 1, 2006
