New Year, New Look

My family isn't big on resolutions, but we do enjoy the excitement the new year brings. Whether it's going on more family outings or finding something different and exciting to do, the new year always brings about change. This year is the same for the Jackson EMC family as well. Our Web site now has a new look, and we're excited about the changes we've made.

Not only have we organized it differently, our site is even easier to navigate so that you can find what you need quickly. You'll find sections specifically for your home or business, account and community. Our teams tested the site for months to be sure each link works properly and the information is accurate.

It was time for a new look, but more importantly, you let us know how you want to do business with us and we listened. From customer satisfaction surveys to our recent communications audit, we've asked for your opinion on a variety of our products, communication and service. Getting this feedback helps us determine where changes need to be made to benefit the greatest number of members.
