Jackson Electric Membership Corporation held a hearing at its Jefferson, GA headquarters on March 9 to facilitate the consideration and determination of standards established by the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, as amended by the Electricity Modernization Act of 2005. This hearing was held pursuant to the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, 26 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., and particularly pursuant to 26 U.S.C. §§ 2621, 2622, 2631, and 2632. • Time-based metering and communications, pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 2621(d)(14).
• Interconnection, pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 2621(d)(15).
