Jackson EMC Sponsors Athens Holiday Lights to Benefit Local Charities

Visitors can enjoy the spectacular sights of the Athens Holiday Lights at Sandy Creek Park while doing something good for the community. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Family Connection/Communities in Schools of Athens and Advantage Behavioral Health System. Jackson EMC is a proud sponsor of this event.

"Supporting local organizations for a good cause is part of our corporate citizenship. We believe in giving back to the communities where we serve, live and work. It's part of the cooperative way of doing business," says Randall Pugh, Jackson EMC president/CEO.

In addition to knowing Jackson EMC is supporting this event on behalf of its membership members will also receive $2 off the admission price by printing a coupon. (This coupon has now expired.)

Beginning November 22 through January 1, cars, vans and buses can cruise through this festive display from 6 - 9:30 each evening. Admission price is $10 per car and $25 per van (15 or more passengers) or bus. Vans with fewer than 15 passengers only pay $10.
