Jackson EMC is proudly supporting the Gwinnett Daily Post Women's Expo coming this spring. This is the first event to reach out to the women in our community and celebrate the many facets of their everyday lives. From health and education to family and decorating, women will receive information and samples from experts and leaders in a variety of industries.

This two-day event promises to be a great learning experience while giving women the chance to uncover their passion, explore their personal style, and renew their spirit. Not only does this event reach out to women, it also involves our neighborhood organizations such as the Gwinnett Humane Society, Atlanta's Dress For Success and others. One dollar from each ticket sale will be donated in support of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

In addition to the many exhibitors, the GDP Women's Expo will offer a variety of entertainment and learning opportunities. Oxygen's Fight Like a Girl will be teaching attendees self-defense; local celebrity Jovita Moore of WSB-TV will be representing Dress For Success; and select sponsors will be hosting informational breakout sessions. Before the event comes to an end, one lucky guest will win the Grand Prize drawing — a trip for four to the Sawgrass Ponte Vedra Beach Resort & Spa.
