Jackson EMC's first Youth Tour delegate was chosen November 13 after an exciting three rounds in the 2003 Energy Bowl competition. Brad Hamilton, a junior at East Hall High School, will be going to Washington, D.C., in June 2004. Brad is the son of John and Teresa Hamilton of Gillsville.
