Decrease Demand, Decrease the Rates
Winter rates are charged from October 16 - May 15.
Regular residential electric rates for winter are slightly lower than summer rates because the peak demand for electricity decreases during this time of year. When demand decreases, so do regular residential rates. Enjoy the winter weather and snuggle up with a good book - summer will return before you know it.
