Citrus Salmon

Great weather means great times for grilling.

1/4 cup orange juice (may substitute lemon or lime juice for orange juice)

1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing

Mix

1/2 cup olive oil

1 lb. salmon or swordfish steaks (also works great with salmon fillets)

Mix juice, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended. Pour the mixture over salmon, and cover. Refrigerate one hour to marinate. Drain and discard excess dressing mixture. Place salmon on greased grill over medium coals or over medium flame for gas grills. Grill six minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
