We were created to serve our members. And it wasn’t just a matter of sending electric current over wires and collecting payment for that service. Among the basic business
principles set out when our cooperative was chartered in 1938 was the belief in providing quality, personal service to those who became members of our cooperative.

We’re still focused on serving our members, helping them to use the power we provide to their best advantage and finding new ways to deliver services they want and need. After all these years, we’re still working with residential members to ensure they reap the benefits of energy efficiency. And we’re still working as partners with business members to ensure their business runs smoothly and efficiently.
