Complete your reservation form and send it back to us by Friday, Sept. 14, 2007. Members are never turned away; however, having your reservation makes it easier for us to plan for the evening. We want to have enough meeting programs, barbecue chicken dinners and plenty of ice cream. You can also make your reservations with the reservation form included in the September JEMCO News.

Once You Arrive
When you arrive, you can pick up your tickets at the registration desk the night of the annual meeting. Your tickets will not be mailed. Tickets are provided to members and those living in their household. All children should be accompanied by adults.

Registration tables are arranged alphabetically based on your last name. Letters are hanging above the tables. Find your table, and be sure to pick up your bag with your tickets and information on the evening's activities.

Don't Chicken Out On Us
Although your barbecue chicken dinner features a delicious half-chicken with the trimmings, we ask that you enjoy your barbecue on the premises.

The Grand Prize
The grand finale of the evening is the grand prize drawing. A member will win a 1999 Ford Ranger; however, you must be present to win.

Parking & Directions

Two Off-Site Parking Locations for Your Convenience
For your convenience, we have two off-site parking locations that offer shuttle bus rides every 30 minutes – the Jackson County Courthouse and Jackson County Comprehensive High School. As a special "thank you" for using the off-site parking, the first 500 families at each location will receive a gift.

Handicapped parking is available near the Annual Meeting entrance.

Driving Directions

Traveling I-85 North
Take exit 137 and turn right onto Hwy. 129/Hwy. 11 (Bypass).
Drive 1.5 miles; turn left onto Hwy. 129 (Bus.).
At second traffic light, veer right onto Hwy. 15 N (Alt.).
Stay on Hwy. 15 N (Alt.) toward Commerce.
Jackson EMC is located on 850 Commerce Rd., on the right at the top of the hill.

From Athens
Travel north on Hwy. 129 into downtown Jefferson.
Turn right onto Hwy. 82/15.
Drive one mile; veer right to continue on Hwy. 15 N (Alt.)
Stay on Hwy. 15 N (Alt.) toward Commerce.
Jackson EMC is located on 850 Commerce Rd., on the right at the top of the hill.

Jackson County Comprehensive High School Directions
Take 129 North from Athens
Just before reaching Arcade, take the Jefferson Bypass (Gause Bypass).
Travel approximately five miles to the Hwy. 11 exit.
Turn left on Hwy. 11.
The main entrance to the school is immediately on the right; follow signs to Annual Meeting parking.

Travel I-85 North from Atlanta
Take Exit 137 (Hwy. 129/Jefferson) and turn right (South) on Hwy. 129.
Travel south until reaching the Hwy. 11 exit.
Turn right onto Hwy. 11.
The main entrance to the school is immediately on the right; follow signs to Annual Meeting parking.

Jackson County Courthouse Directions*
From I-85 North, turn right onto Hwy. 129 (Exit 137)
Drive 1.5 miles; turn left onto Hwy. 129 (Bus.).
At second red light, turn left onto Hwy. 82/15 (Alt.).
Drive one mile; veer left to continue on Hwy. 82.
Drive one mile, turn right onto General Jackson Pkwy.
